mblanke 0a0a8586c6 fix: switch US lottery scrapers to official sources in legacy app.py 
- Powerball: scrape powerball.com instead of broken lotto.net
- Mega Millions: use official megamillions.com JSON API
- Remove Brotli from Accept-Encoding header
