Entry:

• Opened from Findings Table
• Appears as side panel or modal (not full navigation)

Content:

• Summary at top
• Severity and confidence clearly visible
• Source and timestamp metadata
• Raw data section (collapsible)
• Actions section at bottom

Behavior:

• No blocking animations
• Panel opens quickly
• Closing returns focus to table

Rule: All actions must trace back to the finding.
