- Severity and confidence clearly visible
- Source and timestamp metadata
- Raw data section (collapsible)
- Actions section at bottom

Behavior:
- No blocking animations
- Panel opens quickly
- Closing returns focus to table

Rule:
All actions must trace back to the finding.
